Mix Dr. Plex Phase 1 with hair color or lightening powder according to the proportions in the instructions. Add the activator according to the instructions for the hair color or lightener. Apply according to the manufacturer’s instructions, then rinse with warm water. Apply Dr. Plex Phase 2 to the full length of the hair, leave on, then rinse with warm water.
