Recommended daily dose for adults: 25 ml (5 teaspoons) once a day, during a meal, diluted in approx. 50 ml of water or another beverage. The product contains sweetener.

Before opening, store the product in a cool, dark place. After opening, keep the product refrigerated and consume the contents within 30 days of opening.
